The UNDAP I also supported the realization of the Millennium Development Goals, as well as the Sustainable Development Goals.
In line with the UN Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review (2012), the UNDAP I was strategic, results-oriented, and clearly reflected the UN´s ambition to provide upstream support to the national planning and implementation processes, capacity development, high quality policy advice and technical expertise based on best practices.
By mid-2018 when the UNDAP I ended, One UN had contributed to Rwanda’s national development across all result areas, and most UNDAP targets had been achieved.
